This website

• Visit counts. Our own counter records page views and clicks on our buttons: the page, the referring site, whether you are on a phone or desktop, the hour of day and how long you stayed. A random ID is kept in your browser's local storage so a return visit is not counted as new. No names, no ad trackers, no cross-site tracking.
• Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name or username, email address and message by email so we can reply. The form is delivered through Web3Forms.
• Embedded services. Fonts load from Google Fonts. During shows the page can show the live Kick player. Those services may log your visit under their own privacy policies.

Discord and COMEDYBOT

COMEDYBOT is the club's own bot. It runs in our Discord server and posts clips of our shows to the club's own social accounts.

• In Discord it stores what it needs to run the server: your Discord user ID and name, show attendance and streaks, points, moderation notes, and any VRChat or Kick name you choose to link.
• Show clips are cut from our public Kick stream recordings and posted to the club's own YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts. Captions never name the comic.
• Google and YouTube access. COMEDYBOT signs in to the club's own Google account only. It uses the YouTube Data and YouTube Analytics APIs to upload our clips, add a comment pointing to the live shows, and read view counts on our own videos, and read-only Google Drive access to fetch our own show recordings. It does not access anyone else's Google data. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See also the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• The bot's data is kept on the club's own computer. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers.

Your choices

• Leave the Discord server or unlink your accounts at any time with /link.
• Ask us to delete what COMEDYBOT holds about you, or to take down a clip you appear in, through the contact form on the home page.
• The club's Google access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Kids

Our shows are stand-up comedy for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
